How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — you'll see an estimate at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. You can also view your order status anytime from your account.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible — we process orders quickly, so we can only make changes before an order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges only within 14 days of purchase — we do not offer refunds. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. See our full Return & Exchange Policy for details.
Can I return wigs, extensions, or cosmetics?
For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, hairpieces, clip-in extensions, cosmetics, and a few other categories are final sale and can't be exchanged or returned. See our Return & Exchange Policy for the full list.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a free exchange.
How do I start an exchange?
